Return Policy
You may return your item(s) within 15 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item must be in new, unused condition with original packaging, tags, and labels intact.
- You must provide proof of purchase (such as your order number).
Items Not Eligible for Return:
- Items that have been used, worn, or altered
- Sale or discounted products
- Custom or personalized items
How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process:
- Contact our support team at info@thejacketroom.shop with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- If your return qualifies, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Return Method
By Mail:
Use the prepaid return label to send the item back.
Return Label:
Once your return is approved, the shipping label will be sent to your email or made available for download from our website.
Note: If you’re returning an item for reasons other than it being defective or incorrect, the return shipping cost is your responsibility.
